Feature: 'Funding Cuts to the Institute of Museum and Library Services Could Hurt CA’s Blind and Print Disabled Community'

The Institute of Museum and Library Services is a federal agency that funds programs in libraries nationwide. In March, President Trump signed an executive order to cut the agency’s funding … and like a lot of these orders, it can be a little hard to understand the impact. I spoke with the California State Library and a patron about how these cuts could impact the blind and print-disabled community.
